Why a Third? The actual figure is, currently, 38%, but that figure doesn't sit well with poetic alliteration. Still, a Third is a good approximation. 38% is the proportion of food we consume in the UK that is imported.

This is a blog about climate change, which is also known as climate chaos, or climate breakdown, and more recently, as global boiling. There is much written about the topic elsewhere. Do not expect to find anything that contradicts the science. The science is settled. This is a blog about heading off mass-starvation, and my story in trying to avert that disaster.
